How to make a sno-cone

you step by step on how we make the perfect sno-cone. Making sure the ice is at the right temperature and getting the right
amount of syrup
Where to buy the Suplies
We have two locations we use in the Dallas area to buy syrup. You will be buying the syrup at a disount
so your profit margins can be healthy. I will personally drive you to the locations and meet the people inside. Other supplies
are bought locally: some are purchased on the internet. All this information will be given to you, and personally gone through
with me.
The Ice
We try to make most of our ice using molds and a freezer (which I will show you). We have a
ice freezer outside the building that belongs to Clear Cubed Ice Co. They will deliver ice to the stand for a reasonable price.
