4 Year lease left
There
is over 4 years left on the property I use for the sno-cone business know as Big Texas. The lease is set up to protect you.
At anytime you may decide to move the business with no penalties as long as the curent lease year is paid. I am sub leasing
this location from a furniture store. In 4 years his lease runs out. He has indicated to me, that he is interested in buying
the furniture store at the end of his lease. If this happens he will gladly have the sno-cone stand stay there permanently.

Lease Amount and Benefits
The
lease amount is the lowest in the area and industry. It is $1000 a YEAR. Due on July 1st. The lease is paid up until
next July 2005.
